MARNIX provides a number of key services to our clients and these include claims management and continual support during the life of your insurance contract.

Our efforts do not end with negotiating the best terms for our clients; that is simply where they start.

For policy holders this service is implicit. There is no additional charge.

Understanding the coverage, the wording, the terms conditions and exclusions and the market and claims underwriting are essential services our brokers know and understand through their work on sometimes highly technical and financially demanding claims. Our job is to assist you, the client, in any way we can to smooth the process of investigation, assessment, valuation and acceptance of the claim while maintaining the standards expected of the market in terms of providing professional advice and key documentation and evidences.

We are also able to assist you with advice and support on wider claims-related matters and recoveries but for non-transactional business this would be subject to an administration fee for our time and expense.
