Power Generation is a major contributor to supporting the needs of national commercial and domestic needs all around the globe. Nearly all aspects of our world rely upon the energy needs derived from electrical power.

We have good experience in insuring all kinds of power generation facilities, including traditional coal, gas and oil burning technologies, together with newer emerging green solutions, such as wind, wave and solar technology.

We are very familiar with dealing with complex ownerships and investor interests and the challenges of local insurance regulation and our portfolio of business and clients continue to grow to support the demands and needs of our clients.

This is a complex sector, requiring specialised knowledge of the insurance markets and underwriters, the products specific to this class of business and the additional considerations such as those presented by offsite facilities and transmission lines, national regulations and financial risks presented by the PPA and other forms of contract.
